Below are links to the link submission form of various popular search engines. Unfortunately the "free" URL submission utilites don't add to many of them and so it is better to do so yourself manually for each one. Make sure to add Meta Tags to your pages to improve search performance.
(This is for adding your websites. I already did this for this one. Keep in mind it will take a few weeks for your pages to start showing up on searches so the sooner you add it the better.)
Unfortunately many sites are trying to make a buck on submissions. Below are the free submissions I could find. If you link your site on the links page of this project you should also eventually be scanned by the "robots" that visit my site.
