London, British Library: Sloane MS. 3189. Dee's 'Liber mysteriorum sextus et sanctus' (a.k.a. Liber Loagaeth, a.k.a. The Book of Enoch Revealed to John Dee by the Angels) in Edward Kelley's handwriting (1583). The clean copy of 'Liber Logaeth', 65 folios containing 101 complex magic squares, 96 of which comprised of 49 x 49 cells containing Latin letters and Arabic numerals, and 4 of 36 x 72 cells containing only Latin letters (these in Dee's hand), plus 2 blank 49 x 49 grids.

page corners worn away, is there an ashmole or other early copy?

There is a partial transcription of Dee's 'Liber mysteriorum sextus et sanctus' is Sloane 2599. I have not compaired the texts however.

There's nothing of substance missing from the microfilm of Sloane MS 3189. The condition of the physical MS has however deteriorated slightly since the microfilm was made to the extent that some fragments of the MS are only visible on the microfilm.
