So far I know the following contents (from two separate references to this MS.):

* fols. 60-61 Father Backhouse's tale (account of Edward Kelley's transmutations)

Art. 1 is the 'Praefatio Latina in Actionem primum ex 7 (habitum 10 de Aprilis, Pragae), et iam in Latinum conversam sermonem. Anno 1586' (A Latin preface to the first of seven actions (which took place on the 10th day of April at Prague) and which has now been translated into Latin. In the year 1586).

An English translation of this by C. H. Josten, entitled 'An unknown chapter in the life of John Dee', appeared in the Journal of the Warburg and Courtauld Institutes volume 28 (1965) pp. 223-257.
