Copyright of the manuscript

Hi,

I am publishing a book, and I would like to publish one page from Ms Sloane 2731. I already cleaned up the image in photoshop and now I am wondering about copyright.
On one hand - that was written in 17th century, then again - I will feel better if I ask. How about the copyright for it? Who do I ask? Museum that owns it? The person who gave me the copy ?
