Hi, Copycat...lots of things can cause those yellowish stains on nails, but most likely it is either dark polish or smoking, or a combination of the two. The best way to get rid of them is to use lemon juice or a whitening toothpaste (like Pearldrops) with a nail brush. If the stains are really dark, you will have to wait for your nails to grow out again to get rid of them. Try using two coats of base coat polish before you apply a very dark colored polish.
