wow, you wont believe it... I painted my toenails and fingernails black, with a few clear coats on top... then did something i never thought i could do. I started off easy... i took a 2 hour drive to a different city, where i could be more comfortable with people seeing. I walked around, went into some stores, etc. A LOT of people saw the nail polish on me, and it kinda got me used to people's reactions. The people i talked to were really cool about it... a few kinda seemed weird at first, but no one even mentioned it, except one girl who said, "nice nail polish" lol. I dont really know if she was kidding or not, but whatever, i still did it. Here's the good part. That same day, i drove back to my town, where i know a lot of people, and (barefoot in my sandals, as well as with all my fingernails painted) i walked around my town. I got a LOT more comments there about it, but when people i knew asked me why i painted my nails, i just said, "i dunno i just felt like it". Some people weren't so welcoming... kinda laughed at me, a few people i knew from high school last year, but it didn't bother me that much... It was the most relieving thing ever! you have no idea!!! At first i was sooo embarrassed about it, but then i stopped caring and just enjoyed it! This is a whole new side of me that i now love. I'm so glad i finally got up the courage to do this. Its gonna be a little weird when my family sees it...but i'll get past that bridge when i come to it. I LOVE NAIL POLISH!!!!
