me and my nails

I have bitten my nails all my life but january last year i managed to stop by wearing false nails for a week. when i took them off and i had a small white line of growth i got really excited and chose not to bite them. I let them grow for 2 months but as i wasnt used to long nails they kept getting in the way and getting hurt. then one of them broke and i ended up bighting them again. Then i did the same january this year but looked after my nails by filing them if they chipped off rather than biting them. unfortunately my fingers are still always in my mouth so they are long but bendy which is ok because they are less likely to break but if i paint them i tend to peel the varnish off with my teeth. I am going to get some nasty tasting stuff to paint on them to see if it works.
