Growing longer nails is easy when you follow these steps:
Use lotion every night before bed & in the morning before leaving for work. Use after you wash your hands (if you can remember)
Use Cuticle oil on the cuticles at night before bed
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING...
1) USE A SPECIAL BASE COAT CALLED POSHE' ANTIMICROBIAL BASE
AND
2) TOP COAT NAIL HARDENER CALLED HOOF LAQUER 1 COAT DAILY / OR/ EVERY OTHER DAY.
I guarantee your nails will grow.
