When nails aren’t growing that means your lacking a certain vitamin, so you can look into your diet, what your aren’t eating. You can easily see a change in your nail growth just by eat more fish which has helpful oils, vitamins and mineral, that assist in nail growth, or you can start taking a multivitamin with A&D in it, and vitamin E. Always consult your doctor of course. But a jump start for nail growth I used floride toothpaste, it worked for me:
Well I'm a nail biter and what seems to work for me is fluoride toothpaste. I tried it, and it really works. I usually put it on around bedtime and wait for it to dry before touching anything, like nail polish. Try it, it might work!!! Just remember to use toothpaste that has fluoride in it. I like to use toothpaste that’s has a clear tint to it so it wont be so noticeable on your fingernails, lol. I used this technique for about three weeks now, and day-by-day I notice my nails are stronger and growing quicker, the fluoride makes it work. Hopefully this can be your solution. Good Luck!!!
