I have ridges in my nails that grow verticly as the nail grows . I have my nails done and this seems to cover the problem .My concern is that this is a sign of something internly wrong with my health or at best a lack of minerials. I do take daily vitiamens and for a year I drank a table spoon of flax seed oil everyday . Why do I have ridges in my nails ?
