If you enjoy it, keep doing it! I personally don't mind nail polish on guys at all... especially black, dark blue and colors like that. I saw a picture of Kiefer Sutherland fairly recently with his toenails all painted.

That said, if it's really freaking you out or causing you to avoid going out or something, maybe counseling is in order. It's only a problem if it's adversely affecting the rest of your life, though.
