to buy or not to buy

well there's 5ml bottles of glow in the dark nail polish at my local cheap store because of the neer by halloween (even if australians don't selebrate it )so the question is do i buy somthing which may not work which is also 3 times the price of normal cheap nail polish just because i'm curious?
