well i used to bite my nails too, i tried everything to stop even this stuff that was suposed to taste bad but didn't...well after 4 years i got braces and lo and behold i was forced to stop, anyways to get ur nails harder i find salley hanson, or watever her name is, make really good hardener...especially the stuff with teflon in it...any ways good luck...
