If you want a visual demonstration of "filing"
I wouldn't know. You just have to avoid the
"see- saw" of the nail file. File is short bursts and going in ONE direction. Use clear lighting.

Those files that exfoliate the nail surface
are really a great tool to keep from filing too much.
