End Chips?

Hello...

I have a question about the
"ends of my nail polish" chipping.

After I have finished the regimine of
cleaning & scrubbing my nails & hands,
polish remover, base coat, et.al.
After about two days, the tips of
my nails chip.

Can anyone suggest a tip to prevent this?
