HELP!!!!

I have stubby fingers 'cause I crack my knuckles (Which for you young ones out there, it causes arthritus and for many people who do it, it is really hard to open jars.), but I forced myself to stop. It's hard to keep my fingers out of my mouth. I don't bite them, but usually I scrape off the nail polish with my teeth. The habit is disguisting and so are my nails. My New Year's Resolution was to stop biting nails perminently (I slip.), to quit knuckle cracking for good (Slip.), and to keep my nails outta my mouth. I've kept only one: to stop biting my nails.
