Gothic Nail Care Forum Breaking nails in sleep! Posted By: Sor For the first time I filed my nails to a point where I was satisfied with them(thanks largely to some help from C.J.) when something terrible happened. When I woke up the next morning, every single nail except for the thumbnails had broken during the night. Turns out, I sleepwalk, sleeptalk, and sleeprun. The unfortunate thing is that I'm rather awkward during my sleep, as you can imagine. Apparently I was running in my sleep and smacked into a wall nails first! All split all the way across, and at different lengths too, though most were near the pink. I'm sure this made little sense, but if you've made it this far, perhaps you can help me, how do I protect my nails from my subconscious?
