I am a severe nail biter and need (WANT) intervention to stop- I just want pretty nails and to not have to hide my nice hands. I would like anyone to help with any info on what i can do to stop ( I've even been hiptomised one time) approximately 2 months ago. (Nov,06) I hurt myself when i bit and cause myself pain that last for three days minimun.
