In my early childhood I also faced with this problem. All began with my 2 pinky nails, everything was O.K., but when I decided to grow out the others as well (I was 8), my ight index nail after a year began to take up weird shapes, so, I had to reduce them. But as I got older and older, this passed. Now I keep my pinky nails both at 20 cm, the others are at 10 cm. (I am 26 years old.) If you wanna see pics, I may send some.
