about the pink thing...

I used to bite my nails.. and still do, the only way I can stop myself is with nailpolish that has noticable colours, like blue, black... etc, anything that isn't clear. A lot of the pink bits of my nails were uneven, since when I bit my nails, the side closest to my mouth would get bitten more. I just lest them grow, and soon the pink bit got longer, and started looking more even.
So the only advice I can give is to just let them grow, even if it's only barely past the tip of your finger, or before it starts curving out.
