nothing is freaky about only biting one hand.. sounds like you have the problem half-solved to me...look for an incentive.. have a professonal manicure, and have the tech teach you good grooming ways(if you can find a great tech, or at least one you trust)and follow the tips at this site, and you will see an improvement in your nails that will keep you from biting.. OR only allow yourself to bite four fingers one week, three fingers the next, two.. etc. etc.. and see if you can break the habit that way.. find out why you are biting your nails.. try and find another way to allieviate stress.. try meditation, or working out.. hope this helps.. *S*
