Pinky Nail?

Hi guys/gals,

I got a question for anyone who may be able to answer.

I was recently on a vacation home and met someone with whom I became quite smitten. Before I left, she advised that I grow the fingernail on my right pinky longer than usual.

I assume there was some sexual connotation, but she wouldn't tell me. She said she'd tell me the next time we saw each other - at this point an unknown date.
