Although I don't use decals (I hand paint all my clients nail art) I can give you some leads in the right direction.
I'm surprised you can't find any nice "kiss" decals. The last display of their stuff I saw had some pretty nice ones (gold too)
Well anyway, try Worldwide Cosmetics out of hollywood 1-800-624-5776, they should be able to send you to the nearest distributor
also,try The Supply Sourse out of Fla. they are a full service manufacturer/distributor and will sell to almost anyone (Utah,by the way is the only state left that doesn't require a license to do nails) their web site is www.idonails.com and their phone# is 1-800-221-TIPS.
