I don't bite my nails but heres an idea I thought of Wear false nails, glue ons as they're less expensive. Whenever you go to bite your nails you'll notice that your nails are longer and made of plastic and it'll put you off biting them. To improve on this try filing htem to a point so that whenever you go to bite them they scratch your lip, making you think twice next time. Also they look great painted black. Of course if your nails are REALLY BAD I'd advise against false nails as they can be damaging.
