hello my name is cynthia...i am specialize in beauty care. nothing can really help nails grow except for yourselves, the j.a.n.e nail hardener works well and you can buy it at any drugstore, it's also cheap but is great quality. this is for hardening not growing your nails, out it on smoothly single coat every day for three days, then take it off and don't put another coat on for another four days, usually the signs show after 1-2 weeks. it takes quite a while because the nails have to get use to the substance while still getting air, that's why you should only you one coat.
